DOCUMENT PROCESSING
We provide service of all legal documents. This includes serving the document and filing with the appropriate court. We provide court filed marked copies electronically scanned or sent to your office.
EVICTION NOTICE PROCESSING
The State of Utah does not allow for any landlord to evict a tenant for any non-judicial means. A landlord who tries to expel a tenant by changing the locks, padlocking the doors or windows, threatening a tenant or removing the personal belongings of the tenant without a court order may be liable to the tenant for civil damages.
ELECTRONIC DOCUMENT FILING
We provide court filed copies of proof of service once a successful serve is completed.
